  1. ok, this little TSR, SRW.COM, when loaded will, whenever a file is created 
  2. create the file with the SHAREABLE BIT set to on (i.e. the file is created 
  3. shareable)                                                                 
  4.                                                                            
  5. if you find that it doesn't work for you, type "SRW *" and that will toggle
  6. it off and on and it will report which state it is in currectly            
  7.
